STANDARD HEAVY DUTY BASEPLATE
This is our Standard Baseplate for most Pallet Racking applications above 4877mm High. It is built from 3.5mm thick steel plate and has a 5mm thick base. This base plate bolts to the upright with 4 x M10x25 High Tensile Bolts. No messing about with this style of base plate.
REVERSIBLE STIFFENED BASEPLATE
The Reversible Stiffened Baseplate is a great option for Pallet Racking as it stiffens the rear edge of the upright with it’s internal sleeve which not only makes the rack stronger but can assist in the prevention of forklift damage to the lower section of the Pallet Racking Frame. You can switch this baseplate around to have the bolt holes in the front or back which makes for flexible installations. This base plate is fixed through the rear of the upright allowing you to have the beam as low as possible in the frame with no fixing on the front of the upright.
LIGHT DUTY BASEPLATE
The Light Duty Baseplate is best suited to low level Pallet Racking Installs up to 4267mm High. We also use this baseplate as standard on our Workbenches. This is our cheapest option.
PALLET RACKING CASTORS
Our Castors are designed to fit perfectly on our Pallet Racking Frames. They carry 100kg each and come standard with breaks. These are a perfect addition to any workbench and can really increase productivity in a Warehouse.
