FREE WAREHOUSE PLANNING AND LAYOUTS
The backbone of a successful business is a productive and efficient warehouse. Our design team will work with you to create a layout design that results in a high performing and successful warehouse. We will ensure your storage systems are safe, modern and use your space efficiently.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
On completion and acceptance of the warehouse design our team will prepare the products required for the installation and check to ensure they are manufactured to our high quality standards and arrange transport to your site.
INSTALLATION TO AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS
Our experienced installation teams are QBCC licensed to ensure our products are installed to the high standards set out in Australian Standard AS4084-2023. Prior to Installation we will arrange dates and times that suit both our team and your business to ensure minimum downtime to your day to day operation.
RELOCATION OF EXISTING RACKING
We provide a range of solutions for relocating existing warehouse racking systems both in the same warehouse or to a new location.
TRADE IN EXISTING RACKING
Moving your business to a new location is often the most complex operation you can undertake. To complete the process efficiently we recommend installing new storage systems at the new location and on completion of moving your products and inventory our team will dismantle and trade-in your old equipment reducing the overall cost of the project.
CERTIFICATION
Modular Storage Systems ensures all products supplied are designed, manufactured and installed to the appropriate workplace health and safety standards. In Australia these vary as not all warehouse storage systems fall under the new AS4084-2023 code.
When Modular Storage Systems works with other brands of pallet racking or shelving, we ensure the correct processes are followed and all load data is received from the original equipment manufacturers — this ensures compliance to AS4084 and workplace health and safety standards.
SAFETY AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS
Safety is paramount in business. With this in mind, the new Australian Standard AS4084-2023 incorporates a requirement for yearly safety audits and inspections of all warehouse pallet racking equipment. Our Ormeau based team can come and perform a full warehouse health check and provide an audit report with a built drawing to ensure the safety of you, your staff and your products.
